Arrival & Introduction
We arrive in uniform, introduce the crew, and confirm the plan and scope you approved at quote stage. No surprises - you'll know exactly what's happening and in what order before we lift a tool.
Site Setup & Safety
We put up safety cones, barriers and signs, set exclusion zones around the work area, and run a short team briefing so everyone knows their role, the hazards, and the escape routes before a single tool is lifted.
Pre-Work Checks
We confirm access points, enquire for underground services, and carry out a quick wildlife check for nesting birds and bats. If anything unexpected appears a nest, a hidden cable, a structural concern we stop immediately, tell you what we've found, and agree how to proceed.
The Work
We carry out the agreed tasks pruning, sectional dismantling, or full removal using ropes, rigging equipment, chippers and stump grinders as needed. Large branches are lowered carefully to avoid damage to your property. We'll keep you updated if anything important comes up during the job.
Site Clean-Up
We chip or remove all arisings as agreed in your quote, grind and level the stump if that's included, tidy paths and driveways, and sweep up any sawdust or debris. We don't leave until the area looks right.
Handover & Sign-Off
We walk the area with you, explain everything that was done, and share any follow-up advice - replanting suggestions, recommended inspection intervals, or things to watch for. You confirm you're happy and we're done.
Payment
Payment required within a week of invoice or you may incur further charges - unless agreed otherwise beforehand.
